Return & Exchange Policy


I spend a lot of time examining all my items, taking photos, and listing accurate measurements and flaws (if any) of used items. Please read all descriptions and check sizing before purchasing to ensure there are no surprises! You may email me or start a chat online to ask for more information on a product if needed. 

Boutique Jewelry Returns

All Boutique (new) Jewelry is final sale unless damaged upon arrival, in which the customer will return product at their cost, we will replace broken items or exchange for store credit. Items in this category will have boutique item* listed in the description.

Accessories/Purse Returns

If the Boutique (new) item arrives damaged, the customer may choose to return the product to us at their cost and we will send a replacement of the original item. Items in this category will have boutique item* listed in the description.

USPS Priority Mail  

All orders shipped in the United States get FREE USPS priority mail shipping, which is usually 2-3 days depending on destination. 

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
